I have designed this page for you to explore the possibility of taking band as your elective class for the 2024-2025 school year.  As you may already know, the impact of a music education on students is profound.  Music does more than just make sounds, it changes the way we think and act.  The skills you will learn in Band will help you be successsful on stage, in the classroom, and for the rest of your life.

THE U.S. DEPT. OF EDUCATION SAYS THAT SCHOOLS THAT HAVE MUSIC PROGRAMS HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER GRADUATION RATES THAN THOSE WITHOUT MUSIC PROGRAMS (90.2 PERCENT COMPARED TO 72.9 PERCENT).
